Little Ones

Krystal's newest release is a shabby and pretty green kit called "Ever After." Love it! (Psst, this weekend is iNSD so I'm pretty sure there will be a lovely sale you can cash in on. ;-) My sister-in-law, Anna, and I will be checking it out together on Saturday. So excited!)

Here's miss Tara wearing her Easter get-up from 2004. What a hoot she is/was!

Remember how I wasn't feeling so good? Well, turns out I'm pregnant! I knew Baby #3 would get here some way, somehow.

Kevin kept telling me I should take a pregnancy test. I resisted for awhile, insisting my ailments had to be allergy-related. Several times in the past when I wasn't feeling well, I've taken the tests and they came out negative every time. But not this time. We were both surprised...Kevin more than me. He just kept laughing out of shock and surprise. I was happy but also worried about how I was going to breathe and sleep during the next 7-8 months and sleep for the next 3 years.

I asked Kevin why he was laughing so much and he said it was because he was scared. Hmmm... that's a funny way of showing it, I thought, LOL! Anyways, we had just had a big meal with the missionaries just an hour or so before and Kevin said he ate way too much. He began coughing while he was laughing. Then he threw up, a few times actually. It's kind of funny in retrospect but at the time, I was really worried about him. He was fine and actually felt better afterward. But what a way to start off a pregnancy.... the father of the baby is throwing up, LOL!

We told the girls about the news the next evening, after it was confirmed at the family doctor's office. They are so excited and have been floating ever since. Brynne is making special preparations for her future duties as a big sister. (Kevin told Brynne she was finally getting her puppy, LOL!)

At the dinner table, Brynne said she had been praying for a baby to come to our family. Kevin and I smiled. The faith of our little ones just melts our hearts.

Kevin has been very lovey-dovey about everything, even more so than usual, showing extra care and concern for me. He's so sweet.

I've already called the Bishop to let him know it would take some miracle for me to continue my calling after the baby arrived. He understood. So look out, my fellow ward sisters! You could be the next R.S. President!
