6 More Days...

...and this baby will be here! Woot! I can't wait to breathe easier again, feel lighter on my feet, and snuggle with a new baby. Thankfully, there's a lot going on this week so time will just fly. Thanksgiving, family in town, Kevin's birthday, etc. And I LOVE having the girls home this week. They have been a huge help... sometimes happy help, sometimes grumbly help, but help nonetheless. They have loved setting up anything that has to do with the baby, though. Even moreso, we love watching the Hallmark Christmas shows together. I think that's Kevin's favorite. He made the comment, "I just need to stop working so I can watch these shows." LOL! See how much he loves them? All the shows just play back-to-back. He reluctantly turns off the TV so he can get 6-7 hours of sleep before work.

A few things I've/we've accomplished lately that have made me feel a little more at ease:

*Kevin and Tara, with the help of a few others, finished the storage container
*the missionaries helped us move a lot of stuff into it on Saturday after we ate a yummy breakfast
*Porter's bedroom was emptied and carpet cleaned
*most of the baby stuff has been cleaned/washed, set up, and ready to use
*I've reclaimed my living room and there's space in it again
*all the boxes and totes stacked throughout the house are finally out in the storage container
*I finished making digital calendars for my parents and parents in-law for Christmas
*I finished 98% of our Christmas shopping so I don't have to worry about it after Porter's birth
*90% of our bedroom is clean and organized (if you saw it ahead of time, you'd understand this is a huge undertaking in itself)
*a lot of other loose ends have been taken care of as well.

In between all the craziness of this week, I'm speaking in Sacrament meeting on Sunday so consider yourself forewarned if you are in our ward. :-)

Lastly, Krystal created this stunning kit recently called "Natural Beauty." I'm so in love with it! <3
